olx17 Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the olx17 platform and all related services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

olx17 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and the Bengali text shall be considered the final and definitive version. olx17 operates as a safe and reliable platform, and ensuring the protection and fair treatment of all users is our commitment.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use olx17's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. olx17 provides services only to individuals who are 21 years old or above.
• You must be a natural person — opening an account in the name of a corporate or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• Each user may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• An active mobile number and a valid email address are required to create an account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of account verification, olx17 may request documents at any time to confirm your identity. This may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction.

03 Account Management

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. You must comply with the following:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Do not allow any third party to use your account.
• Selling, transferring, or granting management of your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through olx17 support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed; however, any active bonus balance will be forfeited.

On the other hand, in the event of a breach of these Terms, olx17 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on olx17:

Accepted Payment Methods

olx17 currently supports only the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's mobile banking service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (by any method).
• Funds deposited into the account must belong solely to the registered account holder — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• After a successful transaction, funds are generally credited to your gaming account instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that active bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

olx17 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms always apply when using these offers:

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳54,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only contribute to the wagering requirement on specific games and at a specified percentage.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted.
• There may be a time limit set for meeting the bonus terms — if the period expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• olx17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account restricted.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on olx17 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following applies to all users:

• Each game is governed by its own rules set by the game provider. Please read the relevant rules before starting a game.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, olx17 will resolve it according to its established policy.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.
• For sports betting, official scores and data are used to determine bet outcomes.
• Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, although a cash-out option may be available in certain specific cases.

VIP Program

olx17's 5-tier VIP program includes Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels. Tiers are advanced based on regular play, and weekly cashback benefits increase with each tier. olx17 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.
